5 stars are very well deserved for this dentistry. I moved from out of state to Seattle, and after extensive research I found SLU Dental Group. Very glad I did because not only they are in-network with my new insurance, but the staff are incredible! I want to first start by saying how incredibly helpful Isaac (front registration) was. Not only he helped me navigate how to set up my new patient record and insurance, but was incredibly informative about my new insurance and what is/isn’t covered. I went into the office because I did chip off a part of my back molar tooth. Unfortunately I do have to get a root canal. Upon requesting a “good faith estimate” for how much it will cost Isaac went over everything, and he is super helpful with answering questions about the financial and insurance aspects. Secondly, Dr. Baek is incredible! I was welcomed warmly not only to Seattle but to his dental group . Dr Baek went over and educated me on my X-Ray findings that were taken, and what is going to happen further for my treatment/care plan (tooth canal/crown.) The dental cleaning and X-Ray taking process was smooth and efficient. Everyone their was amazing. Parking is validated. Office is clean and modern. It was an amazing experience. Thank you Isaac, Dr. Baek and everyone who contributes their amazing care to their patients.

Dr. Baek is by far the best dentist I’ve ever met. He is highly skilled, honest, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. All of the staff were also so friendly. Today was my first appointment, but I’ve already decided this will be my regular dentist from now on. So glad we found him!
